SoftwareOne is looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist in Shanghai to support procurement operations, supplier engagement, and internal stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience in a global technology business.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Operations: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on supplier invoices.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotations, and support sourcing activities.
- Customer & Stakeholder Support: Assist customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders with procurement-related requests.
- Compliance & Process Execution: Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Performance & Improvement: Support SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction tracking while identifying process improvement opportunities
What we need to see from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Good negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
