The role

As an Inside Account Manager, you will support customer and partner growth across Southeast Asia by building strong relationships, generating opportunities, supporting renewals, and identifying new ways to deliver value through our solutions and services. You will work closely with account teams and internal stakeholders to ensure customers and partners receive a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through phone, email, digital platforms, and virtual meetings.
- Generate new business opportunities and support sales activities, including lead follow-up and pipeline management.
- Support customer retention and renewal activities while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to support account plans and customer needs.
- Help customers understand relevant solutions and connect them with the right internal specialists.
- Contribute to delivering a positive and consistent customer and partner experience.
