The role

You will join SoftwareOne’s Services Delivery organisation, a collaborative and high‑performing team responsible for delivering customer projects across multiple practice domains. The team works closely with customers, internal delivery teams, and partners to ensure successful outcomes aligned with SoftwareOne’s delivery standards.
As a Project Manager at SoftwareOne, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering customer projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations. You will manage end‑to‑end project delivery using SoftwareOne’s Project Delivery Framework working closely with internal teams, customers, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilties :
- Plan, manage, and control projects to meet agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams, including internal specialists and external partners.
- Monitor project health by managing risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, and facilitate regular project reviews.
- Prepare and communicate clear project documentation and status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project financials to ensure commercially healthy delivery.
- Support customer relationships, resolve delivery challenges, and contribute to project and account growth opportunities.
What we need to see from you
- Strong experience managing end‑to‑end projects in a consulting or technology services environment.
- Ability to lead diverse project teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisation, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Sound understanding of project financial management, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum or equivalent).
- Familiarity with project delivery tools (MS Project, PSA, ServiceNow, CRM) and presales or upsell support.
