Job Overview:
The Channel Manager II – Resellers is a high-impact, player-coach role responsible for managing and scaling our most strategic reseller partnerships, specifically focusing on the RealPage ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the primary operational and strategic anchor for the relationship while providing direct people leadership and mentorship. You will be accountable for partner enablement, sales success, and the professional growth of your direct report, with the opportunity to scale your leadership responsibilities as the channel grows.
What You’ll Do:
  • Direct Management: Lead, mentor, and develop, providing consistent coaching, performance management, and career development support.
  • Team Growth: Establish best practices for partner outreach and sales execution that your direct report(s) can model and scale.
  • Operational Oversight: Review pipeline and activity metrics for your direct report(s) to ensure alignment with broader reseller revenue targets.
  • RealPage Stewardship: Serve as the primary strategic contact for RealPage, ensuring they have the tools, training, and executive support needed to drive mutual sales success.
  • Sales Enablement: Lead partner onboarding, sales collateral deployment, and ongoing training programs to keep the reseller sales force current on AvidXchange value propositions.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Own the CRM (Salesforce) hygiene for the reseller channel; provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting on reseller-driven revenue to leadership.
