We are looking for a Digital Workplace Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering Microsoft 365 solutions while providing expert technical support that enables customers to work securely, efficiently, and collaboratively.
As a Digital Workplace Consultant, you will work across both project delivery and support services, helping customers implement, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert, you will lead workplace transformation initiatives, support cloud migrations, and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Security, and Compliance platforms.
- Leading migration and modernization projects, helping customers transition from legacy environments to cloud-based workplace solutions.
- Providing expert technical support for Microsoft 365 services, troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with support teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Supporting customer engagements through assessments, workshops, solution recommendations, and technical advisory services.
- Contributing to presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, proposal support, and technical presentations.
- Creating high-quality technical documentation, sharing knowledge across teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we need to see from you
- Strong experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft security services.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Conditional Access, and authentication technologies.
- Experience supporting migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills and an interest in automation, workflow optimization, and modern workplace technologies.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and working within multicultural teams.
