As our new Operations Specialist, your primary purpose will be to support sales departments by processing customer orders for Microsoft licenses and licenses from other vendors. You will manage customer order and agreement processes, compliance verification, invoicing coordination, reporting, and related operational activities. You will act as an intermediary between Account Managers and the Regional Operations Center.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer onboarding, account setup, and credit limit requests in CRM and Microsoft systems
- Manage customer orders and agreements under MPSA and EA licensing programs
- Handle multi-vendor orders and related order administration activities
- Perform compliance checks to ensure adherence to Microsoft and internal requirements
- Coordinate invoicing, verify order processing accuracy, and manage corrections and returns
- Generate usage, agreement, and pricing reports to support business operations
- Maintain documentation and archive records in accordance with established procedures
What we need to see from you
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs, including MPSA, EA, and CSP
- Familiarity with Microsoft compliance requirements and related processes
- Basic understanding of Microsoft product licensing principles
- Ability to organize and prioritize work based on documented procedures
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
