Account Manager Digital Sales
Farmer
Location: Santiago de Chile, Chile | Model: Hybrid
We are looking for an Account Manager for Digital Sales, passionate about generating new business. This person will be responsible for farmer opportunities in the market: managing and expanding existing accounts, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The focus will be on strengthening partnerships with current clients, positioning innovative digital solutions, and driving business growth through value-added engagement. Ideal for professionals with a farmer mindset, strong consultative and relationship-management skills, and a proven ability to maximize results within existing portfolios while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Role and Responsibilities:
Account Growth and Relationship Management
Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities that generate additional value for both the client and the company.
Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business priorities to position solutions that drive long-term success.
Consultative Solution Positioning
Design and present tailored value propositions aligned with client needs, focusing on optimization, innovation, and business outcomes.
Promote digital and technological solutions that enhance the client’s current operations and support their strategic objectives.
Renewals, Expansion, and Retention
Manage the full account lifecycle, from renewal discussions to contract extensions and expansion opportunities.
Negotiate terms and conditions that ensure mutual value and long-term partnership sustainability.
Coordinate closely with post-sales and delivery teams to guarantee seamless execution, customer success, and satisfaction throughout the engagement.
What we need to see from you
Professional in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields, with experience in account management and commercial development within the technology sector. Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and continuous business growth.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, especially Azure and Office 365 products.
Experience with licensing models such as CSP.
Ability to develop consultative and value-based messaging around cloud solutions, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing clients.
- Capacity to collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer success and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Holding up-to-date Microsoft certifications such as Office 365 or Azure is desirable.
