The role
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Intune to support and deliver enterprise cloud solutions. You will work on customer-facing projects, ensuring seamless implementation, support, and optimization of modern workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft 365 & Intune implementation and support projects
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, device compliance)
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Support cloud migrations and endpoint management initiatives
- Troubleshoot user, device, and service-related issues
- Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 support teamsa
- Ensure SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain project documentation and client communication
- Continuously upskill through Microsoft certifications
What we need to see from you
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Intune (policy management, device enrollment, security)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
- Endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker, security baselines)
- Experience with Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of mail flow, licensing, and identity management
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / BCA / equivalent); MBA is a plus
