The role
We are seeking a motivated and execution-focused Product Sales Specialist to drive AWS growth within the SMB segment through partner recruitment, enablement, and customer acquisition. This field-based role is responsible for building strong reseller partnerships, executing joint go-to-market initiatives, generating new business opportunities, and accelerating AWS cloud adoption and consumption among SMB customers. The ideal candidate combines strong sales and partner management skills with a passion for cloud technologies and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and enable AWS-focused SMB partners.
- Execute joint go-to-market initiatives to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Support partners in identifying and closing AWS cloud opportunities.
- Drive AWS adoption and consumption across SMB customers.
- Build strong relationships with partners and key customer stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field engagement, business reviews, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal and AWS teams to accelerate business growth and partner success.
What we need to see from you
- Experience in IT, cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS sales with a strong customer and partner-focused approach.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their business value.
- Proven ability to build relationships, develop partnerships, and drive business growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and execute in a field-based environment.
- Experience with pipeline management, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success and partner enablement.
