The role

Do you enjoy working with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities?

SoftwareOne is a global leader in cloud and software services. We’re hiring an Expert Delivery Customer Success Manager to manage end-to-end customer delivery (quote to collect), drive customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including quotation, contract management, billing reconciliation, AR collection, and payment term applications
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and Account Managers, overseeing daily delivery and customer experience
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery across the customer lifecycle (quote to collect) with Delivery and back-office teams
  • Drive customer satisfaction by understanding business needs, tracking adoption, and delivering QBR insights (usage, sentiment, growth opportunities)
  • Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Services teams
  • Support commercial execution including quotation process, licensing knowledge, and overall account health & growth

 

 


What we need to see from you

 

 
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (1–5 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (reading and writing required)
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term relationships
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
