SoftwareOne is a global leader in cloud and software services. We’re hiring an Expert Delivery Customer Success Manager to manage end-to-end customer delivery (quote to collect), drive customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations including quotation, contract management, billing reconciliation, AR collection, and payment term applications
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and Account Managers, overseeing daily delivery and customer experience
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery across the customer lifecycle (quote to collect) with Delivery and back-office teams
- Drive customer satisfaction by understanding business needs, tracking adoption, and delivering QBR insights (usage, sentiment, growth opportunities)
- Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Services teams
- Support commercial execution including quotation process, licensing knowledge, and overall account health & growth
What we need to see from you
- Bachelor’s degree or above (1–5 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (reading and writing required)
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and coordination skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term relationships
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
