We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to drive innovation on the ServiceNow platform by designing smart solutions, leading integrations, and delivering high-impact technical expertise. This role blends hands-on development, strategic thinking, and client collaboration to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities
- Lead technical direction across integrations and application development initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver reliable resolutions
- Ensure platform integrity, security, and performance across environments
- Mentor developers and contribute to project scoping, architecture, and delivery excellence
What we need to see from you
What you offer
- Degree in IT (or equivalent experience) with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of ITIL, CMDB (including health/remediation), and a good understanding of data models like ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Experience with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Angular, and HTML/CSS).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Advanced English level, second language is an asset.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-DISCOVERY, CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM)
- Experience leading teams or mentoring developers
- Knowledge of platform security and integration best practices
- Familiarity with Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) per Data Foundations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Contribution to reusable assets (accelerators, templates, integration frameworks) that reduce future delivery time
Organizational Alignment
- This role reports to the Technical Team Lead within the ServiceNow Practice Team.
- Work with architects and Business Process Consultants.

Target compensation for this role will be $100K - $110K CAD (mix of base salary and bonus). Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) candidates’ qualifications, experience, education, and work location.
