from Rapid7 careersAs a Sales Development Representative (DACH), you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth across our International business by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities. About the Team
Our Sales Development team sits within the Sales function and is responsible for generating both warm and cold leads that fuel our sales engine. The team directly contributes to revenue growth across the International business and has a strong track record of developing SDRs into high-performing Account Executives.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (DACH), your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities for our Account Executives across the DACH region. Specifically, your focus will be to:
Generate and qualify outbound sales leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling
Conduct ongoing research to identify new prospects, obtain contact information, and initiate targeted campaigns
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert initial interest into sales-accepted leads
Articulate a compelling value proposition and secure qualified meetings for Account Executives
Accurately track all prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system
