Responsibilities

ADS、SystemVueなどのKeysight EDA製品に関して、ポストセールスアプリケーションエンジニアとして、インストールベースのお客様に購入後の技術サポートを提供するとともに、タスクの一部としてプリセールスを支援します。主な職務は、顧客の技術的な問い合わせへの対応、顧客のトレーニングの提供、プリセールにおける技術サポート提供となります。お客様の問題を理解し、お客様のニーズを満たすためのサポートを推奨し、お客様の満足度を確保します。問い合わせの技術的解決にむけ、製品R＆D、営業との密接に連絡する必要があります。なお、サポート提供の手段として、ポータル（Web）、電子メール、電話、およびオンサイトがあります。

テクニカル・サポート: キーサイト製品をご使用のお客様に技術的なサポートを提供していただきます。

顧客教育: お客様にトレーニングを提供して、お客様がキーサイトEDAツールに関する知識を深め、シミュレーションツールを効率的に使用して設計上の課題に対処できるように支援します。

Qualifications

Degree in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and Digital knowledge, with typically 3 to 8 years of practical experience in System design, Digital or Circuit design.
Significant knowledge of one or several of Keysight EDA Tools ( ADS)
Significant background in non-Keysight EDA Tools like Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, HFSS environment.
Good understanding of one or several of following applications: High Speed Digital including Signal and Power Integrity, RFµW, Electromagnetic. Knowledge on Power Electronics is a nice to have expertise.
Fluent in written and spoken Japanese.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customers, Sales Organization and R&D.
