We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our growing team. This individual will design and deliver impactful global learning experiences, manage and optimize learning systems and compliance programs, and enable employees and managers to effectively engage in their development through accessible, high-quality learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
Learning Content & Program Delivery
- Design, develop, and curate onboarding and ongoing learning content, including e-learning (Articulate 360), microlearning, presentations, and resources aligned to business needs.
- Coordinate and deliver new-hire onboarding and orientation sessions, including logistics, scheduling, global calendars, and content updates.
- Support learning programs end-to-end, including project coordination, communications, surveys, and continuous improvement based on learner feedback and effectiveness metrics.
Learning Systems, Compliance & Analytics
- Support administration of the Learning Hub (LMS/LXP), including system configuration, content management, data integrity, integrations, and vendor coordination.
- Administer and track mandatory compliance training, ensuring timely completion, accurate records, audit readiness, and alignment with Legal, Compliance, and HR requirements.
