Position Overview
Autodesk is hiring a highly motivated, experienced Software Engineering Manager. You will be part of the software development team in Platform Service and Emerging Technology group, working closely with multiple disciplines including product managers, experience designers and developers to build a core component that to empower millions of customers to search for and access any of their Autodesk data from any desktop, web, and mobile products. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and to lead the development of next-gen UDA (Universal Data Access) capability in a lean/agile environment and to contribute to an organization committed to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Recruit and nurture talents into high-performing teams
Lead Key Business Outcome / Initiatives. Accountable for multiple large scale key results
Lead a team of software engineers to ensure execution and unlock creativity
