Adobe is seeking a high-impact Senior Manager of Enterprise Transformation to drive large-scale transformation initiatives that position our company for scaled and sustained growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategic leadership and operational conviction, with the opportunity to help define how our global enterprise business evolves.
The ideal candidate is ready to own end-to-end transformation as an operator invested in the outcome. They can move fluidly from first-principles problem-solving to operational planning. They structure executive-level recommendations and hold cross-functional teams accountable for delivery.
This leader will help build a "transformation muscle" in the larger company by regularly recognizing, applying, and documenting standard methodologies that guide our enterprise transformation playbook.
What You'll Do
Own transformation planning and design, including scope definition, workstream structuring, deliverables tracking, and definition and measurement of success criteria.
Drive rigorous cross-functional execution and delivery, ensuring accountability across teams while supporting and maintaining established governance frameworks.
Influence and guide key business partners: Lead through influence with teams and functions outside your direct reporting line. Act as a credible thought partner to senior executives, effectively representing transformation priorities.
Support program resource planning, budget, and resource management; manage third-party vendors and system-integrator partners
Enable organizational learning and capability building through identification and codification of patterns, frameworks, and practices
