As a member of the Lifecycle Marketing group in Japan, you will drive customer growth and engagement for Acrobat. Acrobat is one of Adobe’s flagship products. You will craft marketing programs, mainly email, to acquire, nurture, and retain individual customers. You will work closely with global and regional partners to deliver impactful, data-driven customer experiences.
What you'll Do
Plan and implement email marketing programs across acquisition and E&R (engagement & retention) to grow the Acrobat customer base
Own the end‑to‑end email marketing process, including audience targeting, send and test planning, content development, performance analysis, and continuous optimization
Brief and manage local creative agencies for email and related content production
Collaborate directly with a diverse set of team members, including US, India, and Japan organization
Participate in pilot or early‑stage initiatives for internal digital marketing tools, providing practical feedback and exploring effective use cases during daily marketing activities
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or database marketing, including planning and implementing segmented communications based on audience data
Strong analytical skills to draw insights from email performance data and to drive ongoing improvement; required skills include Pivot Tables, with experience in BI platforms such as Tableau being beneficial.
