Job description
from Adobe careersThe Opportunity
The Unified Enterprise Architecture Team works with Adobe customers across all levels ranging from C-level executives to operational teams, advising on strategies and technology solutions that power customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. We dive deep into architecture and identify a prioritized path forward for customers, with particular focus on how brands produce, manage, activate, and measure content at scale. Our engagements assess a customer's current-state experience ecosystem architecture, define the future-state technical vision (Northstar Architecture), assess the gaps between the two, and then provide technical leadership across the sales cycle, overcoming technical blockers and communicating the business value of a combined solution of Adobe products to customer team members.
The Senior Manager of Enterprise Architecture will manage a team of high-performing professionals who blend technical and business skills to architect solutions for Adobe customers. This role helps brands fully capitalize on the era of digital transformation, enabling them to ideate, produce, manage, deliver, and measure personalized content and experiences across every channel - orchestrated through Adobe's Content Supply Chain solutions including Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, Creative Cloud, Firefly, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, and Frame.io. The ability to see, measure, and analyze critical factors such as resources, outcomes, and priorities ensures alignment and clarity across the team, helping individuals understand why their work matters.
