Join the Employee Experience team as a Compensation Business Partner, reporting to Adobe’s Director of Compensation. The role will support the Creativity & Productivity organization within Adobe. We’re looking for a strategic Compensation advisor who will raise the confidence of HR Business Partners and Managers by educating them on Adobe’s compensation philosophy & practices to help them make the best rewards decisions. You will help measure the effectiveness of our compensation programs to get results and reward great outcomes.

What you'll Do
- Provide compensation support to HR Business partners and managers in the Creativity & Productivity organization to solve compensation-related business challenges. Offer expertise to key collaborators including Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Rewards operations. You will play a key role throughout the year in supporting compensation programs for your client group and during the annual Rewards Planning process.
- Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
