Job description
from Adobe careersAbout the Role
Adobe Express is one of Adobe’s fastest-growing creative surfaces, serving millions of users across web and mobile. We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (Monetization) to be the operational backbone of a fast-moving, multidisciplinary team—someone who thrives in zero-to-one environments and knows how to keep a diverse group aligned, informed, and moving fast.
This role sits at the center of everything: the roadmap, the rituals, and the cross-functional relationships that make it possible for a team like this to ship ambitious work on tight timelines. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, data science, research, and go-to-market partners.
What You'll Do
Manage End-to-End Delivery
- Drive end‑to‑end execution of monetization initiatives, translating strategic partnerships and platform opportunities into shipped, high‑quality integrations that expand Adobe’s reach and impact.
- Create and run scalable program frameworks (roadmaps, release trains, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and change communication) to support high‑velocity, multi‑partner delivery.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, research, design, and GTM teams to align execution with longer‑term strategy.
- Provide executive‑ready visibility and decision support, surfacing risks, tradeoffs, and progress through clear, concise narratives that enable timely leadership decisions.
- Promote a Product-led approach committed to iterative launches, experimentation, and learning loops while maintaining cohesion with Express roadmap.
