The opportunity

Adobe Design is looking for a Sr Staff Designer to join our Platform Design team, a group crafting the foundational experiences that power how individuals and businesses access, manage, and use their Adobe products and services. In this role, you’ll build essential storage and administrative workflows, impacting how millions of people engage with Adobe products every day.

This isn’t just a design role. It’s a chance to drive strategy, connect systems, and bring clarity to complexity. You’ll work across teams, uncover patterns that unify experiences. If you thrive on solving big, interconnected challenges, and are a systems-minded, high-agency designer, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Simplify. Translate complex user needs into practical design solutions that are grounded in user research and data.

  • Influence. Demonstrate thought leadership through collaboration and workshops with engineering, product, and design leadership.

  • Growth Mindset. Stay curious, informed, and adaptable in the ever-changing landscape of AI and new technologies. Proactively seek opportunities to mentor and receive feedback.

  • Think in Systems. Connect patterns across touchpoints and technologies to build cohesive end-to-end experiences spanning apps, teams, and workflows.

  • Explore. Bring fresh perspectives by crafting delightful experiences for admins, teams, and enterprises.

  • Lead. Inspire teammates and forge relationships across the company.
