Responsibilities
- Communication Skills: You are attentive and communicative. You can quickly and solution-oriented address complex customer inquiries via phone and in writing.
- Evaluation and Solutions: You identify customer needs and creatively and proactively work on solutions for breakdown assistance, technical, and general support inquiries.
- Coordination: You assess customer needs and inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient escalation.
- Documentation: You use our software and tools to maintain accurate records of support cases and communications.
- Continuous Improvement: You constantly strive to enhance customer service, ensuring optimal support for our existing or potential customers and maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Digital Proficiency: You work with various systems and can seamlessly switch between them.
- Customer Service: You enjoy interacting with diverse customers by phone, act service-oriented and patient, and are accustomed to addressing the needs of different customer groups.
- Team Player: You enjoy working in a team, share knowledge, contribute to the team's success, and are willing to support occasionally on weekends once a month.
- Multitasker and Adaptable: You thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, can effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Language Skills: You have fluent communication skills in Romanian (C1), English (B2-C1), and Hungarian or German (B2), both written and verbal.
- You have a valid driver’s license and experience in driving an electric vehicle is a plus.
