We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Data & AI to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that data, analytics, and AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes for our customers.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients, architects, data engineers, and project teams to shape and deliver Data & AI initiatives. Leveraging your strong understanding of the Vietnam market and banking industry, you will help customers identify business opportunities, define requirements, and translate strategic objectives into scalable data and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for Data & AI initiatives.
• Defining functional specifications, user stories, process flows, data requirements, and business rules that guide solution delivery.
• Partnering with customers to identify, evaluate, and prioritize data, analytics, AI, and GenAI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Acting as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Supporting user acceptance testing, data validation, and solution adoption activities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contributing to proposals, solution scoping, and client engagements while helping shape SoftwareOne's Data & AI offerings within the Vietnam market.

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on Data, Analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of modern data and analytics platforms, cloud technologies, and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience working with banking or financial services organizations and understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
