As a Project Manager within the Software & Cloud PMO, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management of internal strategic projects, from planning and execution to delivery and benefits realization, ensuring alignment with global strategic priorities and driving continuous improvement. The Project Manager will lead and support internal project teams, consisting of Enterprise or Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Subject Matter Experts. Operating within the Global Project Management Office (PMO), the ideal candidate is an experienced project leader with a track record of managing complex internal initiatives in an international environment, with great opportunities for further learning and development. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver internal strategic projects aligned with business goals 

• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success criterias with stakeholders 

• Develop and manage project plans, including risks and mitigation actions 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure execution 

• Facilitate collaboration, workshops, and training across regions and teams 

• Communicate with executives on progress, risks, and key decisions 

• Monitor performance and support PMO improvement, best practices, and capability building 

• Extensive experience in project and change management, with leadership responsibility 
• Strong knowledge of project management domains and delivery in complex, multi-stream environments 

• Solid understanding of methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, and Power BI 

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global organization 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
