The role

Junior Finance Operations Analyst

You will be part of a Finance Operations team focused on the Record to Report (R2R) process, playing a key role in supporting financial closings and ensuring the quality of financial information. This position directly contributes to meeting closing deadlines, improving reconciliation accuracy, and supporting audit processes, while working collaboratively with different internal areas in a dynamic and operational environment.

How a day to day would look like in this role:

Execute operational activities within the accounting (R2R) process
Support monthly financial closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met
Perform basic account reconciliations
Manage supporting documentation and accounting records
Provide support during audit processes
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate information

What we need to see from you

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields (in progress or completed)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Experience in financial processes such as accounts payable or treasury
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
