As our new Technology Project Manager, you will steer projects to success, delivering on time, within budget, and aligned with our pmONE Project Delivery Framework. Working closely with a diverse team of experts, you will lead cutting-edge initiatives and ensure every milestone is achieved with precision while tackling challenges head-on.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Success: Plan, organize, and manage small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality goals
- Lead the Pack: Support and guide a top-notch project team, fostering collaboration and championing innovation
- Stay on Track: Oversee project documentation, facilitate resource identification, and keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates
- Shape the Future: Identify new opportunities within projects and contribute to early qualification and assessment
- Mind the Budget: Control costs and ensure projects remain financially healthy
- Build Relationships: Manage client relationships and collaborate with corporate teams, customers, and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional solutions
- Improve Processes: Promote knowledge sharing, provide training to the project team, and support continuous improvement
What we need to see from you
- Proven experience in project management within a systems integrator or large service organization, supported by PMP or Prince2 certification
- Solid technical foundation in project management methodologies and tools, with a good understanding of project financials
- Strong communication skills suited for a bilingual environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on achieving shared goals
- Driven, motivated, and accountable, demonstrating ownership and professionalism in day-to-day work
- Strong consulting mindset, with a willingness to grow and make an impact in a dynamic environment
