The role

Microsoft Security Engineer

Would you like to optimize and operate Microsoft security environments for enterprise clients?
Are you motivated by being part of a team managing security operations at a regional level?
Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact on cybersecurity posture?

You will be part of a security operations team supporting enterprise clients in a dynamic SOC-like environment. This role contributes to the stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft security ecosystem, working alongside a regional team of specialists and engaging in a high-impact project from its early stages.

How a day to day would look like in this role:

Manage and monitor Microsoft Security tools across enterprise environments
Analyze alerts and support security incident response activities
Operate solutions such as Microsoft Defender (XDR), Intune, and Purview
Review and optimize existing security configurations
Implement and support security controls within Microsoft platforms
Collaborate with technical teams to improve the client’s security posture

What we need to see from you

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security tools (Defender XDR, Purview, Intune)
Knowledge of security monitoring, alert analysis, and incident response
Background in IT, systems, or related technical fields
Experience in identity security, endpoint protection, or data protection
Strong interest in continuous learning and cybersecurity growth
Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
