The role

Microsoft Infrastructure Administrator (AD, Entra ID & Exchange)

Are you interested in managing critical platforms that directly impact the operations of large organizations?

You will be part of a technical team focused on critical operations, collaborating closely with security, infrastructure, and advanced support teams. This role aims to administer, secure, and optimize core Microsoft platforms in hybrid environments, ensuring availability, security, and operational best practices that directly support business continuity

How a day to day would look like in this role:

Manage and ensure the proper functioning of Active Directory in enterprise environments
Manage identity services such as Microsoft Entra ID and synchronization across hybrid environments
Administer Microsoft Exchange messaging platforms (Online and On-Premise)
Manage associated services such as DNS, DHCP, Intune, and Teams
Implement operational best practices, security standards, and continuous improvements across platforms
Document processes, architecture, and support cloud migration or transformation initiatives.

What we need to see from you

Technical or professional degree in Systems or related field, with solid experience managing Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange in production environments
Experience in incident management and operations under ITIL frameworks
Knowledge in managing hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud)
Experience with security tools such as Microsoft Purview
Experience managing Microsoft services such as Intune, Teams, and core services (DNS/DHCP)
Knowledge of automation (PowerShell is a plus)
