The role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team and support end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management across multiple APAC entities. This is an individual contributor role with strong exposure to senior leadership and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze journal entries, general ledger, bank statements, inventories, expenditures, and tax records to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and internal controls
- Manage monthly closing of books and prepare financial statements for multiple APAC entities
- Support Record-to-Report (R2R) activities and related finance operations
- Coordinate and support preparation of customer accruals, including data collection, validation with internal teams and customers, and timely submissions
- Prepare forecasts for the remaining financial period, review inputs, and ensure updates are uploaded on SharePoint within deadlines
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process, including review, finalization with business owners, and system uploads
- Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports covering key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis
- Provide analytical, reporting, forecasting, and project support to senior management
- Develop financial models and insights to support strategic decision-making
What we need to see from you
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- Strong experience working independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders
- Customer-facing experience is mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proactive approach to handling accounting and finance queries
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
