The role
Are you passionate about solving complex customer challenges and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced technology environment?
- Prepare accurate software quotations and manage end-to-end order processing, including order placement, credits, returns, and vendor coordination via ERP systems and portals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales Support, Finance) and external stakeholders (partners, OEMs, publishers) to ensure smooth operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Act as a central point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to pricing, quotations, and licensing, while proactively resolving complex issues with a focus on achieving zero customer concerns.
- Provide expert advice on software licensing and manage publisher-specific agreements in compliance with contractual frameworks.
- Support daily operational activities while identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of sales processes in partnership with leadership.
- Drive onboarding and prioritization of new publishers based on business needs, and facilitate customer data insights to support business and technical consulting teams.

- 3-5 years professional IT sales experience
