R&D Development Leadership (Core Role) Lead end-to-end UPS system development: Scope definition, backlog management, execution strategy Schedule, cost, quality, and risk management Ensure alignment with Offer Management targets (cost, quality, timeline) Drive system performance optimization, reliability, and qualification Collaborate with: System Architects Power electronics experts Industrialization / Quality / Supply Chain teams Support product lifecycle: Requirements → Design → Validation → Industrialization → Field feedback B. Strategy Program Management (Critical Extension) Own and drive R&D internal strategy programs, including: Efficiency improvement initiatives Development methodology evolution (Agile / Hybrid models) Cross-team capability building Digital / AI transformation initiatives Define and manage: Program roadmap and objectives Milestones, deliverables, and KPIs Cross-team execution alignment Act as a bridge across R&D functions: R&D Managers System Architects R&D Leads Global stakeholders Drive execution discipline and follow-through, ensuring strategy translates into measurable outcomes. C. Stakeholder & Communication Excellence Identify, align, and actively manage stakeholder expectations Influence without authority across a matrix organization Prepare and deliver high-quality executive-level reporting, including: Program status Key risks and mitigation actions Strategic insights and recommendations Drive transparent and structured communication across teams and leadership 3.
