The Client Associate role involves taking ownership of selected client accounts while supporting renewals and broader commercial activities across a portfolio. This position is designed to strengthen client relationships, enhance delivery capabilities, and build the skills necessary to progress into a full Client Manager role. What will you do: Owns existing client relationships, with revenue targets and drives coordination between internal departments and the client, ensuring customer service and satisfaction Participate in structured training programs and initiate self-driven training on the industry and SE offerings Responsible for some client contract renewals and identification of potential upsell opportunities and supports Client Development with identification of cross-sell opportunities Support Client Managers on complex accounts, providing delivery coordination and backup client support What will make you successful: Sales Pursuit: Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, anticipate obstacles, and continuously develop negotiation capabilities.
