Commercial Operations Intern (Polanco, CDMX)

Job description

What will you do? Support the management and follow-up of commercial processes, from quotation to order execution. Track customer requests and opportunities, keeping information updated in SAP. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, orders, and documentation. Monitor project and order status in SAP, identifying risks or delays. Support basic analysis of commercial and operational data to find improvement opportunities. Maintain constant communication with customers to provide updates and support.
