You will manage a cross‑country team of Technical Support Agents across all four Nordic countries, ensuring high‑quality, customer‑focused technical support for Schneider Electric employees, partners, and distributors. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to continuously improve support processes, strengthen training initiatives, and enhance customer experience.
