THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager for the ObjectStore & Fusion team, you will lead a Prague-based systems engineering team responsible for the high-performance Amazon S3–compatible object experience across the Everpure Platform. Your mission is to scale our fleet-level data management capabilities, enabling customers to power modern AI, analytics, and cloud-native workloads. You will partner closely with Product and Architecture teams to define the technical strategy for object storage while guiding a talented team through the evolution of an early-stage, high-impact product area.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive Technical Delivery: Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional roadmaps spanning object protocols, metadata, and multi-array workflows to ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
- Own the Object Fusion roadmap in partnership with product and architecture, aligning S3 feature development, performance, and scalability with Everpure’s broader file/object and Fusion strategies.
- Cultivate Engineering Excellence: Foster a high-trust, inclusive team culture by providing consistent coaching, removing technical blockers, and establishing rigorous design review and testing standards.
