from Principal Financial careersResponsibilities Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite Operations At Principal Financial Group, we are searching for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our Hyderabad team as a Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite. Key Responsibilities In the role of Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite, you will: Liaise with vendors for various service requirements including technical, housekeeping, security, helpdesk, canteen, etc. Coordinate with vendor supervisors for effective labor deployment and job allocation. Identify gaps in existing services and develop improvement plans. Assist guests with food and local travel coordination to ensure a seamless experience. Prepare and adhere to planned preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment. Identify, plan, and coordinate site maintenance and repair for all equipment. Review delivery schedules, and verify quantity and quality before approving invoices/POs. Support the Facility Manager in completing budgets. Assess vendor partners’ performance in collaboration with the Facility Manager. Provide timely responses to employees' concerns and queries. Manage Employee Transport services, including transport tool handling, routing, and grievance management. Support the planning and execution of events. Maintain an inventory of facilities assets and equipment, ensuring timely repairs and replacements. Possess basic knowledge in MEP and technical activities. Maintain statutory compliance documentation. Expectations We are looking for a candidate who: Is a great teammate with a transparent and ethical approach. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A graduation degree (mandatory). 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally within a corporate environment. Working knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, PPT). Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English. Any additional certifications would be an added advantage.
