Responsibilities Role Summary Lead and oversee execution of User Access Reviews (UAR) across multiple Business Units, ensuring strong governance, appropriate entitlement, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Drive stakeholder engagement and governance forums, providing insights through dashboards, risk indicators, and audit readiness metrics; proactively highlight risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Own and guide complex data analysis across systems/applications to validate accuracy, identify trends, and ensure completeness, while mentoring team members on analytical approaches. Manage end-to-end audit support, including planning, evidence review, issue resolution, and remediation tracking, ensuring timely closure and audit compliance. Establish robust data validation and control frameworks, ensuring high standards of accuracy, documentation, and adherence to internal policies. Apply advanced understanding of accounting and financial processes to validate transactions, ensuring correctness in classification and control compliance.
