from Principal Financial careersWhat You'll Do As a Coach II focused on transformative change, your role is to partner with senior leaders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams to improve how they solve complex problems in ways that benefit customers and deliver business outcomes. You will operate as a trusted advisor across a broad portfolio, helping leaders strengthen judgment, accountability, and decision quality in product, delivery, and technology environments. Your work will influence not only how teams operate, but how leaders think about outcomes, value, and continuous improvement. Your day could look like this: Coach senior leaders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams on leadership behaviors, accountability, and decision-making aligned to healthy product, delivery, and organizational agility. Serve as the primary or lead coach for a portfolio of teams, products, or value streams. Guide leaders and teams in applying agile, lean, product, and systems-thinking practices that are fit for purpose and cohesive across the value chain. Partner with leaders to translate strategy into outcome-driven objectives, learning agendas, and execution plans.
