The Opportunity
The Finance Transformation Manager will help drive growth and scale across the Finance organization at Nutanix. This role serves as a financial systems subject matter expert and project manager and will support the following:
Partner with process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the value of financial systems, applications, and automated processes
Lead the implementation of value-added solutions and enhancements, including capability definition, requirements, project planning, testing, and go-live support
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives through technology and automation; propose and deliver process and systems improvements
About the Team
The Finance Ops & Transformation Team’s mission is to drive operational excellence and lead transformative change—empowering our people and optimizing processes and systems so Finance is a strategic, scalable, and impactful business partner. We provide program and project management (PMO) and business process analysis support to enable process transformation, scalability, and standardization. We partner with finance process owners and subject matter experts to prioritize initiatives and other projects impacting the Finance organization. In collaboration with finance leaders, we develop the Finance program roadmap, facilitate requirements workshops, coordinate solution design and build activities, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) through post go-live support. We build strong relationships with partners across IT, BizTech, SaaS teams, and other cross-functional groups.
