As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Commercial & Product Attorney
who will serve as a strategic legal partner to Commercial, Go-to-Market and Product teams by providing end-to-end legal support for global technology transactions and across the product development lifecycle. You will work with the Legal team to help enable the design, launch, and commercialization of cybersecurity and technology solutions, balancing revenue objectives with security, privacy, IP, and regulatory risk management.
Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires on-site work at our office in Burlington, MA.
What You'll Do
- Commercial & transactional leadership: Structure, draft, and negotiate complex technology agreements (e.g., MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, managed services, software licensing), including security exhibits, DPAs, SLAs/SOWs, and liability provisions.
