What You'll Do
- Achieve opportunity generation targets for N-able products, solutions, and initiatives within specific time frames across multiple market segments.
- Build and effectively lead a sales development organization through hiring, training, development, and daily goal/objective setting.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals.
- Train new SDRs on programs and processes.
- Organize and participate in shadow calls with sales development representatives to evaluate their performance and lead by example.
- Attend leadership meetings and update sales executives on team and performance.
- Use Salesforce.com as a sales management productivity tool and champion its use with the SDRs.
- Perform weekly analysis of KPIs and monthly review and analysis of prior months' results.
