Job Summary:

Micron is seeking a highly motivated Process Kit & Calibration Equipment Technician that is responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of process kits and coordination of equipment calibration activities to support high-volume manufacturing (HVM). This role ensures kits are properly tracked, staged, maintained, and available to support preventive and corrective maintenance, while also driving calibration compliance and audit readiness. The position partners cross-functionally with equipment engineering, bench teams, and calibration groups to improve operational efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and deliver continuous improvement in kit performance and calibration processes. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of process kits, including tracking, staging, kitting, refurbishment, and final disposition.
  • Coordinate and ensure kit readiness to support preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and tool recovery activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of kit locations, status, and key metrics within tracking systems to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
