We are seeking a highly organized and thorough Change Management Traveler Control Lead Engineer who will be responsible for leading the Traveler Control team to develop, deploy, govern and share traveler control solutions. Responsibilities: 

• Lead the Traveler Control team in developing, deploying, and governing traveler control solutions to ensure product quality through Change Management systems and business processes.  

• Establish and refine business processes, collaborate with manufacturing partners, and lead continuous improvement across technology development and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) operations. 

• Proactively identify and resolve challenges or barriers to departmental objectives by setting clear, prioritized goals and implementing actionable plans to achieve them. 

• Build and update reporting tools and important data to aid in making decisions based on data and track team performance.
