from Lemonade careersWe're looking for a Patent Lawyer to build and own Lemonade's IP function from the ground up. You'll be our first dedicated patent hire, embedded directly in our engineering and R&D teams in Tel Aviv - turning the innovations our engineers ship every day into durable competitive protection that grows with the company.

In this role you'll:
Drive a high-velocity patent filing program across AI, machine learning, insurtech, and data systems - building Lemonade's IP portfolio from the ground up
Own our IP protection strategy end to end, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks, ensuring Lemonade's innovations are protected and defensible as we scale
Sit inside our R&D and engineering teams to identify what's patentable, attending sprint reviews, architecture discussions, and product sessions to build a steady invention pipeline
