from Lemonade careersWe're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the people who'll shape Lemonade's future in Europe. You'll sit at the center of our European hiring efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers across Amsterdam and the EU to run full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
This is a 1-year contract with the potential to become a full-time role - you'll have real ownership from day one and real impact on how we grow.

In this role you'll
Run full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles — from first conversation to offer
Source and engage top candidates through professional networks, social platforms, and direct outreach
Partner with hiring managers and department leads to define what great looks like for each role, and hold the process to that standard
