Design scalable, reusable, secure, and high‑performance automation frameworks Lead solution design, perform feasibility analysis, and recommend optimal automation approaches Define automation architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across the organization Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for enterprise‑grade automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) and Automation Anywhere Implement solutions in vision of Agentic Process Automation - Hyper Intelligent Automation, with efficient AI agents working with Mutli-Bot Architecture for Real-time adaptation Lead and mentor automation developers Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high‑quality deliverables Drive platform upgrades, feature adoption, and roadmap planning Integrate automations with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and cloud services Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development of automation resources Own end‑to‑end solution delivery from requirement analysis through production deployment Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, Provide effort estimation, delivery planning, and technical risk assessment Keep up to date with Industry standards of Automation releases in respective tools of RPA technology for applying to improve solutions in alignment with the Enterprise IT roadmap Upgrade / Migrate Lower version automation to higher version of Automation Power Automate Automation Anywhere Deliver quick POCs to perform feasibility study in providing solutions to complex…
