Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’ or Master’ degree in Electronics, Instrument, telecommunication, Computer and Automatic. Candidates with experience in electronic measurement instruments are preferred.
• Requires strong hands-on skills, solid RF/microwave knowledge, practical experience and the ability to work independently.
• Strong customer communication skills and able to resolve issues accurately and efficiently, capable of exploring cutting-edge technologies and solving difficult technical problems.
• Good moral character, self-disciplined, highly self-motivated, with strong independent learning ability.
• Familiar with quality management systems and demonstrates strong quality awareness.
• Good command of English, with the ability to read technical documentation and write technical emails.

岗位描述：

• 负责是德科技公司电子测试仪器的软硬件测试和维修，工作主要在成都维修计量服务中心，也会要求到现场为用户提供技术服务。
• 按照公司给定的流程和维修手册，对仪器进行故障诊断、备件订购和更换、然后对仪器进行调整和性能测试，并给客户提供维修报告。期间所有工作都按要求记录在公司管理系统中。
• 通过电话、微信等方式远程和用户进行深入沟通，帮助对仪器进行故障诊断，指导客户正确的使用仪器，并尽力满足用户的技术服务需求等。进而维护和提高客户满意度和忠诚度。
• 完成公司分配的工作任务及工作指标。利用公司的各种资源按期完成仪器维修以及相关的技术服务工作。不断学习提高，保证工作质量，增强工作能力。
