Responsibilities
1) Technical Engagement & Problem Solving (Core Responsibility)
- Work onsite with leading semiconductor foundry processes, device, and design enablement teams
- Reproduce customer-reported issues using real leading semiconductor foundry PDKs and test cases
- Debug tool behavior, performance, accuracy, and stability issues
- Provide timely technical guidance to leading semiconductor foundry engineers using ADS platform
- Document issues clearly for R&D teams (repro steps, logs, minimal test cases)
2) EDA Product Validation & Co-Development
- Participate in early validation of new EDA tool features using leading semiconductor foundry internal test vehicles
- The validation is focus on RFCMOS, 3D-IC/Advanced Packaging, and Photonics/SiPh design flow.
- Evaluate tool performance on leading semiconductor foundry advanced nodes (7nm, 5nm, 3nm, etc.)
