Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy visualization/automation workflows using tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate and Power App
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate existing business processes/performance tracking for inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Provide training and support to end-users and teams on automated solutions
Monitor the performance of automated solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Continuously assess and refine automated processes to ensure optimal performance and value delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business process automation or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of BPA platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power App)
Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., VBA, Python)
Familiarity with database management, APIs, and system integration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes and recommend effective solutions
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
