Job Overview As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative recruitment technology to international clients. You will be responsible for implementing iCIMS talent management and AI-driven hiring solutions in customer-facing engagements. This is a hands-on opportunity to build expertise in AI-driven hiring automation, system configuration, and technical implementation consulting within a fast-growing global SaaS environment. You will support client conversations to define business processes, facilitate implementation meetings, and help translate requirements into scalable system solutions. We hire at Entry or Junior level depending on your experience and client exposure — offering growth paths within implementation, consulting, and enterprise delivery.
